All Elegant Agile workshops require advance registration, unless otherwise noted. It is recommended to register in advance to avoid workshop cancellation, as workshops can be cancelled due to low attendance (see more below under Cancellation & Refunds).

By registering, you agree to receive notifications from the Elegant Agile.


  • Advanced registration and prepayment are required for all workshops.
  • All workshops will take place virtually or in-person if possible.
  • If a workshop is sold out, you may request to be placed on a waiting list.


  • All payments are to be made online through Elegant Agile’s payment provider (Stripe). Payment links are provided on the workshop pages.
  • Promo codes and coupons are available for most workshops and can be applied at checkout.
  • Your registration is only guaranteed once payment is processed.


  • Cancellations made 2 business days before a workshop will receive a full
  • refund, minus any service fees applicable.
  • If you cannot attend a workshop, and would like to transfer your registration to someone else instead of cancelling, please contact us at
  • Cancellations made by a registrant less than 2 business days before a workshop will not receive a refund (unless otherwise stated on the workshop page). A Workshop Credit may be able to be given depending on the circumstances of the cancellation.
  • A Workshop Credit may be used, only once, for another workshop in the case of an emergency, sickness, or extreme weather. A Workshop Credit must be decided within
  • 2 business days of cancellation. If the Workshop Credit does not equal the newly scheduled workshop price, the difference must be paid to ensure your registration.

**Occasionally workshops are cancelled by Elegant Agile due to low registration, instructor illness, or extreme weather. In the event of a class cancellation by Elegant Agile, registrants will be notified prior to the class and a full refund will be issued. In the event that a workshop is rescheduled, registrants will be notified.
